Civil Society Empowerment
Definition
Civil Empowerment Program aims to effectively equip citizens with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources for constructive participation in decision-making processes, active advocacy for their rights, and contributing to the sustainable development of social and political order.

Theory of Change
If people and communities have knowledge, skills, and civic engagement platforms, then they will be more informed, confident, and capable of influencing policies and social change; as empowerment creates agency, builds networks of collective action, and strengthens democratic participation.
