Theory of Change
If the institutions have capacity, resources, and mechanisms of accountability, then they will deliver quality, inclusive, and sustainable services, because well-functioning institutions drive systemic change, advance good governance, and secure social and economic long-term development, through improving institutional resilience, responsiveness, and transparency, hence contributing to better, more inclusive, and citizen-centered governance systems.
