Empowering Community Grassroots to leverage access and impact in community support

15+SCI:

The project addresses the challenges of localized aid by empowering community-based organizations (CBOs) with the skills and resources to enhance their social impact. Through capacity-building, micro-grants, and networking events, it fosters collaboration and cross-geographical connections. This strengthens local networks and increases participation, leading to sustainable community-level change.

CCSII:

The project empowers local actors to enhance community cohesion through capacity-building, social micro-grants, and knowledge development. By mapping local networks and assessing collective capabilities using the SCORE Index, it fosters collaboration across geographies. The initiative supports sustainable impact through bridging bonds, strengthening social actors, and investing in their knowledge for future growth.

AFNS:

In northwestern Syria, the White Helmets (WH) and MIDMAR's AFNS Research Initiative maps 954 communities with 3,000 volunteers. The initiative expands humanitarian action, development, and peacebuilding through empowering local populations, mainstreaming marginalized groups, and designing evidence-based, sustainable interventions through participatory community engagement and capacity assessments
