The project aims to improve the human capital in northwestern Syria by building the capacity of nursing professionals to enhance the provision of specialized nursing services
The Syrian conflict has led to the deterioration of the health system in addition to a significant shortage of specialized health cadres. So, Given the urgent need for this type of diplomas to meet the aspirations of the health sector to upgrade the specialized nursing service, in addition to supporting empowering the nursing specialist with the best tools and methodologies that will contribute to supplying the health system in northwest Syria and striving to achieve its goals.
The project includes four specialized diplomas that contain theoretical and practical sessions. Include
• Surgical Assistant Diploma.
• Incubators diploma
• Adult Intensive Care Diploma.
• Hemodialysis diploma.
