Enhance Womens Participation in the Political Peace Process on syria

It provides women the appropriate tools in order to extend their influence to move from their level of home, society and local governance to the level of participation in political process. Furthermore, this effort must be made in order to protect the greater part of the population and support the implementation of the results of the negotiations, and thus ensure the constructive and effective participation of women in the implementation of the peace agreements.
• Enhanced availability of information about different Syrian women’s needs, priorities and aspirations relevant for the transition and peace process
• Enhanced capacity for active engagement and meaningful contribution to the peace process on part of traditional and emerging Syrian women leaders in the four regions
• Increased collaboration between Syrian women within and across the four major Syrian host/home geographies of Lebanon, Turkey, Northwest and central/southern Syria
