HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts, and conducting orientations.
  2. Manage and update the HR candidates’ database.
  3. Manage and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  4. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (compensations, timesheets, leaves, etc.).
  5. Communicate with the chartered accountant and other concerned parties regarding the employees’ social security issues.
  6. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  7. Manage the HR welfare activities.
  8. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  9. Manage and perform other HR duties as assigned by the direct manager.

 

 

Education:

University degree is mandatory, preferable in Business Administration or equivalent.

 

 

Technical skills and Experience:

 

  1. At least 1 year of work relevant experience.
  2. Excellent skills on Microsoft Office, Excel, word.
  3. English: B1.
  4. Turkish:C1.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
  6. Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
