This project aims to work to develop Syndicates and work to enhance their social, political, and service role as well as develop their operational, technical, and organizational capabilities and enable them to achieve sustainability in their activities and operate in accordance with academic and professional standards. And to contribute to the empowerment of Sub National Government bodies. Syndicates have played an important role in formatting the governments’ structure all over the world where these syndicates play political and social roles in addition to their service roles through supporting their members and societies to achieve their rights and represent them in the government as we as society levels.
